Blood Test

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Portsdown had telephoned me to arrange a blood test for review purposes after me taking statins for the last two months. I was pleased that they had done this for me, as I would probably have forgotten to arrange it myself. The health worker was very polite and professional but explained that my blood test had not been added to my account and she had been delayed getting it sorted. She apologised for the delay. The results were on my online account within 2 days and I saw that no further action was necessary. This without me having to go back to the surgery.

Booked injection

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I am sent a text message when my next appointment for injection is due. This is really helpful and saves waiting a long time to phone for appointment. There is no or very little waiting time at the surgery and the injection was done professionally and with total respect for the patient
