A surprising and very pleasant experience

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I attended the Paulsgrove Surgery recently and was very pleasantly surprised.
Not having seen a doctor for some time due to Covid and the migration from Cosham Health Centre to Cosham Park House - at one point I despaired of ever seeing a doctor again, after being told I wasn't even on the system!
The reception staff at Paulsgrove were very helpful and pleasant and Dr Begum welcomed me and made me feel at ease. She listened to me and requested blood tests and as she was unable to discuss all of my concerns she made another appointment for me the following week.
I am very satisfied with my experience so far and would be very happy to attend this surgery and see Dr Begum in the future.

Somerstown Surgery

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Good to have a face-to-face appointment to review two suggested new medications: statins and a shingles vaccine. I was able to pass over a copy of a letter sent to my GP at Somerstown Surgery some years ago by my Respiratory Consultant which explained why I shouldn't be on statins - same applies for the shingles vaccine. Much easier to do this face to face. In addition I had a general well-being review.
