This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

When I discovered my appointment was with one of the new practitioners (ex paramedic) I was skeptical that I would be able to get a satisfactory result. I was wrong. Malcom was very professional and personable and was able to treat my problems including the use of antibiotics. Very impressed.

Asthma Review Beneficial

Arrived on time checked in with the booking tablet in reception area.
Directed to waiting room 2.
I had to wait a little longer than expected - but the nurse explained & apologised for the delay.
Relevent questions concerning my Asthma Management, fully covered and answerered. Was scripted two new Aero- Spacers to be used with my Inhalers.
Scored 22 which equates to reasonably well controlled Asthma. No change in my Inhalers or doseage. Technique & action plan understanding checked and agreed.
Took up option to have my Shingles Vax with reminder to have Second vax in 6months time.
Checked my MMR vax up to date. Which put my mind at rest, as cases in Portsmouth have increased.
Very worthwhile F2F review.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I recently attended Cosham Park House Surgery for a routine ECG. I had been contacted in February, by text, advising me that I could now take advantage of this service at Cosham Park House and found making an appointment very easy. I made an appointment for 1300 on Friday 01 March (St David's Day - very appropriate as I am Welsh) and was seen bang on time. I am afraid I cannot remember the name of the lady who dealt with me but she was very personable, professional, reassuring and efficient. I had been told the ECG would take about 20 minutes and this proved to be accurate to the minute! Overall a most pleasant experience and, yet again, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, care and consideration of all the staff at Cosham Park House Surgery.

Blood test appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The health care assistant was very pleasant however I was kept waiting for 25 minutes, and was told this was because she had been given other jobs to do. I watched her leave her room about 10 minutes after my appointment time. Surely other jobs should have waited until after I had been seen rather than before. Especially as I was there prior to her going off to do something else. The delay impacted on another appointment which I had to cancel as I couldn’t get a bus in time to make it.

MMR and Tetanus vaccine

My appointment was on time, the nurse was cheerful and very kind. I was told that the MMR would sting and it did. She rebooked me for my next appointment and I was in and out quickly. Stress free experience.
