COVID Jab

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The experience was fine for me as I am pretty mobile but I did feel for others who were clearly struggling with queuing for so long. We were lucky that the weather was fine. Would it not be possible to cater more for those patients who have mobility issues and other infirmities? The practice nurse's injection was more uncomfortable than usual and I had a stiff arm for a week but otherwise no issues.

You are absolutely right that long waits can be particularly challenging for patients with mobility issues or other infirmities, and we recognise the importance of considering this more carefully. We’re also sorry to hear that the injection itself was more uncomfortable than usual and that you experienced stiffness afterwards. While some soreness can occur, we understand that this can still be unpleasant, and your feedback will be passed on to the clinical team for reflection.
