Had a really quick and easy appointment with one of the practice nurses Carole on Friday. She was absolutely lovely and made me feel at ease for my follow-up smear appointment, also had a vaccine - was quick and easy and was seen and out within 10 minutes!

Put me at ease

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The nurse who completed my blood test was extremely polite and put me at ease.

My only complaint was that I was unable to make a routine appointment via the reception desk but had to ring. If you work full time it is extremely difficult to make an appointment. I have tried on multiple occasions to complete an e-consult but with absolute no success.

I arrived approximately 10 minutes early as my appointment was scheduled for 10am, I was seen and had my blood test and was on my way home at 10.04, the service was excellent, I have had several appointments over the last few months with the practice and my treatment and service I have received has always been very good.

Blood test

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I'm a phobic about needles but the nurse (I think she was called Becky) was absolutely brilliant. Hardly felt it and there was no bruising afterwards which was great. I'm just hoping the next time I need blood taken or an injection she does it.
