I had a scheduled appointment with a doctor and I had the best doctor I’ve ever had. Absolutely sensitive to my problem and made me feel totally at ease considering how stressed I had been about it. I will try and get him for my future appointments.

Dr Chowdhury and Mohammed Mia is extremely good dr. They tried their best to treat my dad once he had an urgent issue.My dad is 71 years old man who can’t speak English they tried hard to solve his problems and helped him in every possible way.🙏🏻bless them😀

Lifts do NOT an accessible building make

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was more than happy with the injection I went for. The medic was excellent. It is nice to see that the practice continues to innovate with electronic check-ins, reminders, self testing (BP, etc).
While Cosham Park is an old building, much could be done to make it more accessible to disabled people, especially wheelchair users. The layout and signage are not ideal, and I suppose I shouldn't touch on parking...
Much could be done, however, to improve accessibility without spending more thousands on lifts and gadgets. There is the very nice lift, but even this has a flaw which has been ignored. It cannot be used independently in a wheelchair when the controls are behind you! Even this could be remedied by staff being trained to manage the difficulty, and to operate the controls externally when needed.
Before the pandemic, I feel staff were more aware of difficulties of access that patients had, and were more confident in coming out. With the screens up, they do not hear, and do not see.

Appointment

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

It was a telephone appointment, during which I was given an appointment, at Kingston Crescent, for Monday 5th Feb at 08:00. During a period when the Eastern Road is closed. I live in Waterlooville and will have to leave home at around 06:30 in hope of making the appointment time and will probably arrive to find all the staff sitting in traffic. That said, the diabetes nurse is very friendly and helpful.
