Great doctor

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I found this doctor very good in telling me all he was going to do and any side effects involved in a steroid injection to my knee.
Very pleased as the pain is started to go.

Absolutely amazing

The doctor I spoke to was absolutely amazing. Having a young woman around my age who told me she was experiencing a similar condition to me really reassured me. It was the first time I've felt listened to in a long time. Really lovely woman.

Blood test

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

The actual blood test was excellent. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.
For me the booking of an appointment is poor. I don't have a smart phone so I cannot click on the link as requested, something I've reported on at least three occasions. Also when I tried phoning I was number nineteen in the queue, so I booked in person which for me is how I prefer it.

I can say that I am over the hill with the service. I feel very assured with the contact with which I have with the care co ordinator since my onset of throat Cancer. I have been given the care for more than I anticipated I could get. I thank the contact (Lisa) for giving me confidence in this my time of need.
