I was very pleased to get treatment that I had requested 18 months ago, also very pleased to meet in person my named doctor. What a decent human! I was treated very well with many questions answered. Everything was attended too including forward appointments. It was good to feel that the system appears to be working so much better than it has done in the previous years. Good for staff and patients!
