Had an ECG done, quick and efficient. The surgery has a much nicer ambiance than Cosham and I'm happy to travel that bit extra.

The nurse who saw me on the day was very helpful, she had time to listen to me, it's the first time I saw someone who put herself out to not rush you. I would like to have her every time I had my B12, very nice lady.

I was highly impressed with the professionalism displayed by the phlebotomist who took my bloods. I was at the surgery half an hour early but she attended to me promptly.

I've been registered af the practice for a year and seen doctors and nurses there a few times at Cosham Park House and Paulsgrove. I'm most impressed, the triage and doctor call back is very good and the practice staff very friendly. The booking-in system is good and the three doctors I've seen were very helpful, thorough and professional. Thankyou.
