Very friendly and helpful

Received a reminder for a second MMR jab automatically but unexpectedly as no one had said MMR was 2 jabs.

Second appointment was very good, arrived as a pop-in and seen within 10 minutes. Staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Very caring and understanding

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Dr Stubbs was very caring and understanding of my health concern and I felt comfortable and as if I was being listened to.
I haven’t had great dealings with previous doctors and nurses within the NHS over the past year, with that being said Cosham Park House Surgery has always dealt with me well and it shows me that there are still some that do take patients' health seriously.

Amazingly friendly staff

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

My diabetic management has been hospital-based for over a decade. Having moved house, they are our new surgery and I was offered a review through them. I can honestly say it was the best experience I've had at a GP's surgery in relation to my condition for so long! Amazingly friendly staff. I might even be able to improve things without venturing to QA if this service is anything to go by.

I met with Gillian for my first review. I found Gill prompt in time-keeping and very friendly and welcoming. I found her very understanding of my situation, thinking and emotional well-being. She had no great expectations of me, which allowed me to talk freely about my ups and downs; without feeling judged!
Gill was very informative and gave me useful literature to read at home.
I found the session very useful as a reminder of my health limitations, but also feel more in control of my own health and when to ask for help!
The rescue pack has also been very welcome and useful.
