Firstly took 8 weeks to actually get an appointment after being told I can’t make one over the phone, I tried 4 ways twice a day, no joy. When I finally did get an appointment. It felt a waste of time, the doctor didn’t listen to any of my concerns, completely dismissed everything I said, made me feel absolutely rubbish to the point I was nearly in tears and told me dont make another for 6 weeks. When I looked at my notes he said I walked in ok I looked well. Ok for someone who had laryngitis and had barely a voice if that’s well I’d hate to see sick. I felt completely and utterly dismissed and like I didn’t matter.

Everyone was really professional and so helpful from the receptionist to the nurses that took out my stitches to the gentleman who gave me my shingles jab, because I have a bad phobia about going for appointment to the doctors but they were all so helpful and did an excellent job calming me.

The clinicians have been excellent. I have been seen on time and staff have been very helpful with information. I have been receiving ongoing treatment and each appointment I have received excellent care each time.

This was an appointment which I had expected a face to face meeting to discuss my heart failure treatment.
Instead it was only a blood test.
On asking questions the nurse managed to find me a face to face appointment with a heart nurse a few weeks later.
