Kingston Crescent Surgery - experience at kingston cresent surgery

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I was a bit disappointed with the service for my recent appointment. I was due to have a vaccination, and had booked a time slot online. This i thought would be fixed however it wasn't a fixed slot. I also received an email the day after saying I needed to book a vaccination . something not quite aligned with the computer systems.

Kingston Crescent Surgery - Painful injection

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I had an injection for cholesterol last Wednesday 8th and apart from being so painful I had all the fluid from the injection just under the skin which did not go down for 2 days. I do not think the nurse did the injection very well I it felt like the needle was still stuck in my belly. I did this injection myself the first time and never felt a thing if I get the same nurse again for m injection I shall refuse until she maybe gets some training in her technique. I can provide photographic evidence.

For reasons of patient confidentiality, we are unable to discuss individual clinical details in a public forum. We would strongly encourage you to contact the practice directly so we can fully understand what happened, review your concerns, and offer appropriate support or follow‑up if needed.

We have been with the practice for 5 years and have seen great improvement in the service provided.
We often have fast replies, especially when calling for emergencies or for our children.
Most recent visit they gave us a double booking for the children and treated one and referred the other with no hardship.
Only lost a star here as the prescription wasn't signed which resulted in a multiple pop back into the surgery from the pharmacy next door which I had two young children waiting for an hour.
Visits when my little one was newborn were nice and the nurse went saw (and for his jabs) was lovely and listened intently to my concerns.
We are under Crookhorn but have visited other surgeries within the group with equal success.

I would highly recommend Shlomo Molho for his support and encouragement throughout my weight loss journey, arising from a medical need due to raised cholesterol. He showed genuine care and passion, and his constructive advice and practical recommendations kept me on track with both exercise and diet (without the use of weight loss medication).

He is a fantastic role model for Portsdown Group Practice, and I’m very grateful for the positive impact he has had on my health and wellbeing.

A Wasted Journey

I was informed that I had an appointment at CPH on day, date and time. Why? I do as I have been told and arrive at CPH. The nurse called me in and asks ME why I am here. I don’t know, she doesn’t know. What is going on? Plus no help getting the NHS App
