I actually did not need to approach reception as I used the check-in system. The support worker who took my bloods was very professional and chatty. Did not hurt or bruise me.

The staff were good and helpful and the doctor was great and friendly and told me what was going on and what for.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough and explained everything to me. She then went to see Dr Gohil who organized a chest x-ray for me. l am also on antibiotics for the next seven days plus nose drops. If l am no better, l have to phone the doctors to make another appointment. Thank you for your help.

Went for a walk-in covid injection, only had to wait about 15 minutes for it.

I was offered this appointment as a review from a previous urgent appointment had given me a lot of worry as well as my condition.
So Dr Bellenie was excellent in talking about my diagnosis and put my mind at rest.

Absolutely disgusted with how I’ve been treated, I’ve had a trapped nerve in my neck since April and having seen a doctor in Havant, he recommended that I have surgery to remove a disc and replace it, unfortunately I do not have the funds for this procedure so have to rely on the NHS, but I have been informed that I can have a steroid injection in my neck to ease the pain and maybe get me back to work as I am a HGV driver, I made inquiries about 1 month ago and got an appointment to see a doctor only to be told at 8.30 that morning that the doctor doesn’t inject necks, but they were going to sort another appointment, I actually saw a doctor last Tuesday morning, he sat me down then said you’ve come for an injection in your shoulder, I looked bemused and said that the problem is in my neck but I do have pain in my shoulder and arm and thumb, only to be told "I’m sorry but I can’t inject your neck, I will speak with the doctor who originally told you and we will try and get you seen", to say I was speechless was an understatement, I was absolutely gutted then on the Wednesday a doctor, maybe the one who originally I saw, tried telling me that I couldn't have the injection but I had to wait for the operation, I'm sorry to say that I didn’t have much of a conversation with her about it because 7 months of pain and frustration and I'm slowly losing hope, all I want is my neck pain sorted, surely not too much to ask? Also I will say that apart from the doctor/surgeon who I saw privately, I’ve only seen one doctor in person since this problem started, I’ve been prescribed zapain, diazepam, tramadol, and pregabalin all over the phone.

Excellent treatment from my professional and caring personnel.

However much I am disappointed with the fact that you can not get to see an actual Doctor at the surgery, I was pleased with the vaccination team, and the receptionist at Cosham Park Surgery today.

Rang and had a callback, they asked what was wrong and said I would get a call from a doctor. I missed the call but the doctor left a message to say they would call again which they did, sorted out what was wrong, what more could I ask for? Very pleased. Where would we be without the medical profession? That's what I ask myself.
