Blood Pressure

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I found the whole experience to be relaxed as the receptionists were helpful. I logged in when I arrived but it didnt tell which waiting room to sit in hence the reason I needed to speak to a receptionist who directed me to the right waiting room.
The health practitioner was running a bit late, but the 4 of us who were waiting, had a nice chat and that was pleasant. When I went in for my appointment, the lady apologised for the delay, but I said these things happen and it wasn't a major problem. We had been kept informed whilst in the waiting room.
My appointment was very calm and I did not feel I was being rushed. Another appt was made for another follow up reading.

The receptionist was helpful.
My Dr (Dr Nicholson) and the lady working with her were very friendly and listened to my issues and put in lots of effort to resolve the issue I was having and take my coil out. They managed to in the end when 3 others couldn’t so well done Dr Nicholson.
