Always so friendly and welcoming

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I always find Cosham Park House very efficient and easy.
You log into the machine placed at the entrance, directed to the specific waiting room and wait to be called in. No waiting in queues or being forgotten about.
I always opt for Cosham Park House for my routine appointment I have to do every 3 months because the nurses are always so friendly and welcoming that instantly make you feel at ease.
Another note, Portsdown group are always very good at contacting me to remind me to book the appointment around the time it’s due (which is very helpful for someone like me who has ADHD and can be very overwhelmed and forgetful ha!).

Knee and hip problem

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The doctor I saw was very understanding about my problem and he gave an injection into my hip which I have found has helped me a lot to what I was having such a lot of discomfort in my hip but my knee was extremely painful, just to say thank you for seeing me.

Well worth this appointment, Erin is very knowledgeable in what she does and provides a more than adequate service. Had it not been for the fact that I'm aware there are some really good nurses who I can see, including Louise, then I would be changing surgeries. It proves to be very difficult to see a doctor in all respects, had one been available then the particular issue I have may have been caught far earlier!
