After the stress of trying to get an appointment at Crookhorn Surgery, trying on line with no luck, getting messages with links which were confusing and holding in queues, I was so surprised and happy to get an appointment so quickly to remove a mole.
The process and speed at Cosham was brilliant. The Dr and assistant were absolutely lovely.
I need to move surgeries!!

I was very pleased with my recent appointment at Somerstown Surgery, it was prompt and nurse Becky was a very pleasant professional, she didn't rush me, and because I'm an old-ish man, she was caring and explained the answers to the questions I asked. I also found the surgery quiet and peaceful. The receptionist was helpful too.

Really nice staff, from the entrance really helpful, and one of the ladies from the entrance got me through the correct ward and the staff nurse and the doctors are really nice and helpful, really impressed.

Very friendly and skilful

Receptionist attended to me quickly with my appointment and I did not have to make an appointment for my covid jab booster and flu jab. The lady receptionist said "You can have these jabs straight away today." The doctor who performed the injections was very friendly and skilful too.

Steroid injection

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Six months ago I received a steroid injection to ease my tenosynovitis. It took me an age to get it attended to.
However six months later I was invited for a top up jab. Appointment choices existed and the doctor that administered it was helpful and explained in detail the procedure.

Blood test

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Attended the Crookhorn Surgery on Friday 15 September at 9.30 for a blood test but when asked if I had fasted I had totally forgotten but the nurse was absolutely lovely and told me not to worry so then offered to give me a Flu jab and cancelled the appointment I had for that and then rebooked me in for the blood test.....definitely a well deserved 5 star experience....especially when you know how much pressure the health service experiences on a daily basis.

I arrived about 5 minutes early and there were 3 people before me, I sat down, saw 2 nurses come out and 3 people come and go, the appointment was running 10 minutes late so I left not seeing the nurse.

There was a big queue waiting for their injection. But the queue was moving all the time. And it didn't take long for me to get seen. The nurses talked about what treatment I was having and what side effects I might have.
