Registered me as pregnant falsely

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Recent appointment was absolutely fine and all of them always are, however on my previous appointment someone had put the wrong code in and registered me as being pregnant. I was then bombarded with notifications on my 16 week boosters for my 'unborn baby' which is pretty devastating being I have fertility issues. A very weak apology was given. Utterly gobsmacked how this could happen.

Very poor communication. After rescheduling on the phone from a member of staff for a diabetic review they had no knowledge of a diabetic review and only offered me a blood test instead.

Blood test

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was not informed I should have had blood test 3 wks before I called in to ask how long I needed to take the prescribed iron tabs.
I had the test on 29th.Aug, was told 3 to 5 days a doc. would ring to tell me if I needed to continue with the tabs. No person rang 10 days later I had to go to the surgery to ask.
