Dealt with very quickly - Amazing!

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I had a telephone appt which was all that was required. I knew I needed to up my dose of an antidepressant as I hadn’t been coping and things were dark. After an abridged explanation the Dr agreed with me as I know myself better than anyone, especially when you speak to different people each time. The call lasted less than 5 minutes, no more was needed. The Dr was very understanding and efficient. I cannot think of any negatives. Thumbs up 10/10 on this occasion.

Always excellent care

I was seen on time and treated with respect and compassion. This is normal.
The only drawback is that the doors at the Paulsgrove surgery are so heavy/stiff to open.
