Waiting time was nothing to mention as it was minutes. Quick appointment which made me comfortable.

Kind, caring and attentive.

I was not informed I should have had blood test 3 wks before I called in to ask how long I needed to take the prescribed iron tabs.
I had the test on 29th.Aug, was told 3 to 5 days a doc. would ring to tell me if I needed to continue with the tabs. No person rang 10 days later I had to go to the surgery to ask.

Friendly, everything was explained and very thorough.

Veterans Review.
This was just a fact finding review and blood test. I had expected it to be a health review. Some of the info now on my online record is now incorrect.

I did not wait long, very kind and considerate and made me feel at ease.

I recently joined the surgery and unfortunately have had to have several visits due to a medical condition and all visits have been exceptional. I have managed to arrange appointments easily and have always been seen within 20 mins of my allocated time. On top of this I have received numerous text messages from the surgery and Dr I saw which has been very much appreciated.

Without a doubt this practice is not fit for purpose. Trying to get a appointment to see anyone with a medical qualification is I believe almost impossible. When I spoke to the reception explaining that I had a problem and I needed to see a Doctor and the so called easy booking app was beyond my capabilities I was told I should go to a walk in centre. Today I phoned at 10am to try a get an appointment. Told to phone 111. Do not join this practice. My wife and I will be looking for new Doctors after we have had our flu jabs .

A very relaxed and pain free procedure, staff were a credit to NHS.

Friendly welcome by the nurse and told what the blood test would show. Efficiently taken and I was on my way after being told that the results would take a week and I’d only receive a call back if the results showed something unusual.

Having my annual Diabetic review, I have never had such an impersonal encounter with a member of the NHS, there was no pleasantries no general chit chat, no information on what was happening and for what reason. One of my worst experiences with an NHS employee.

Recent appointment.
Went for for my appointment, was called into the room on time. Nurse very friendly and pleasant, made me feel at ease straight away.

The nurse taking bloods tried 5 times to get blood with no success, so she made another appointment, I had already waited 2 weeks now I have to wait till 11th Sept for another attempt, and the parking is a joke, had to park in Tesco's and walk through, not good enough considering it was the doctor that insisted I had bloods done to diagnose my chest problem......all staff very friendly though.

My initial visit was in connection with an issue over a repeat prescription. My attempts to obtain my prescription had been rejected because of a time delay between requests, later confirmed to be because of my usage pattern. I was informed that I should attempt to use the online e-consult system again after the receptionist had corrected a few of my account settings. I was also instructed to phone using option 2 should the e-consult system fail again.
I made two attempts across two nights to access e-consult with no success. The following day I resorted to calling the surgery line and eventually succeeded on option 2; however, after explaining my issue I was told that no appointments were available and that I should call back the next day. After stressing that I was now out of tablets the suggestion was made to contact option 3 which I did.
My option 3 contact was very professional, listened to the history behind my issue and put me in contact with a member of your team who was able to resolve my issue.

At the time of my initial visit, it was identified that I should have a Tetanus booster. I was given the option to have it that morning, which I took up.
I was treated in a professional and friendly manner and would recommend your staff based on this experience.

Went straight in and the nurse was very nice.
