The jab was administered very professionally by a very pleasant lady Doctor. My family and I find it very difficult to contact a Doctor for help.

I've only managed to get one appointment so far and it was great. However I forget very frustrated by the whole push 1 or 2 ect. Everyones idea of an emergency is very different.

When did I attend Cosham surgery? I didnt. I attended Crookhorn surgery on 1 August for a fasting blood test. I was told results would be available within 3-5 days. I have heard nothing and it is now 7th August. Oddly, my daughter had a message from you saying that my folate levels were low and that a prescription was written. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING!!!! KINDLY RESPOND : ( I have already emailed Portsdown group twice about this but had NO REPLY!).

Recent appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

After a consultation call from the doctor, I was asked to attend an appointment that afternoon. I attended the appointment and was give another appointment to go to have an X-ray. I call the X-ray department and was given an appointment for the next afternoon. The doctor also passed on my mobile number for me to receive an emergency appointment. I received a call today and I now have an appointment within 2 weeks.

Welcoming and friendly

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

When I have an appointment I make sure that I will be on time - it is easy to sign in on the reception box - as regards to the service - the staff have always been welcoming and friendly. I have deep veins and blood has to be taken from a vein on the back of my hand and it would be nice to have the most experienced nurse to do it. You have good staff, your system of reception works leave it alone.

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Seeing someone who spoke about all aspects of my condition. Seeing for myself that the things I do to help my condition are working, such as eating smaller meals, giving up bananas and grapes! Having enough rest and doing more things like clearing unwanted things and restarting my art work, tablet regime to continue.
I feel more optimistic after the review.
