This was the first time in a long time that I had a F2F appointment with a doctor. I didn’t have to wait too long and he was thorough and listened to me.

I experienced great rapport and support with my disability and I was well cared fir and supported and staff very supportive, excellent.

The staff here are always really helpful and friendly and on both occasions I have been there the service is really punctual and hassle free.

The health care assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer some queries I had.
It would have been better if I could have booked at my closest clinic, rather than a partner clinic.

Although unable to provide an appointment for my B12 injection on the correct week, I was seen very promptly by the nurse, on next available one.

I have nurses coming every day to change my syringe driver which they do with very good humour, kindness and patience.

Initial contact with the surgery for an appointment with the travel nurse, was problematic. The appointment itself was great. The nurse was knowledgeable, helpful and very polite and friendly.

I had a small lesion on my scalp and was worried that it might be cancerous. I rang the practice in the morning and although I was no 25 in the queue, it went don quickly and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. An appointment was arranged for that afternoon. The doctor was a little unsure as to the severity of the problem but consulted a senior colleague who agreed it was benign and prescribed an ointment. That was forwarded to my pharmacist and I was able to pick it up later that day. The doctor said she would ring me in two weeks to check progress. That hasn't happened but the condition is much improved.

Seen smartly on arrival. Finished my appointment within 10 minutes including 4 minute wait. Surgery was also clean and tidy. No issues.

Had a follow-up appointment with an HCA regarding my high blood pressure. I would like to give a shout out to the very helpful and friendly Receptionist who helped me gain full access to the online booking tool as it appears that I only had partial access. This has helped so much in looking at test results etc. This wasn't the first time this same lady has been really helpful so thank you!

The blood test was taken professionally and safely by the nurse who was thoughtful and sure.

I called the surgery last week to try and obtain an appointment for a doctor to check some lumps that had appeared on my arm and was told I needed to go online and complete an E consult on my phone. My phone is too old so re called the doctors to be told there were no appointment's and if needed should attend the walk in centre at St Mary's. I had already visited the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist to look and he said I definitely needed a doctor to check the lumps. I then proceeded to the walk in centre and was quickly seen and informed there was no point me going to there as it needed to be seen by my GP. Frustrated at this point I then went to your surgery at Cosham to be told that there were some triage appointments but I would need to phone in. So I went outside to make the call and explain I was stood right outside and could I make an appointment, then was told the doctor would call me and do a call over the phone. I then went home, got a call from the doctor to come back to the surgery in 45 minutes time. Thankfully when I actually got to see the doctor she has referred me for an ultrasound. This process you currently have is absolutely stupid, I had to take time off work and drive half way round the city to try and get this resolved. What would I have done if I was not able to drive anywhere or had the wares about me to keep trying to get an appointment. The service is disgusting and disappointing after being with your surgery for so many years.
