Staff were excellent. Parking for disabled drivers no good, 1 bay, had to drive round 3 times eventually park at top of road and had to use wheel chair.

Parking is a premium in this area. We do have disabled bays on site at Cosham, and recognise that they can be taken at busy periods. Recent works have restricted access to rear car parking spaces, so this should improve. We are fortunate to have some patient parking as not all sites have this luxury and we would not want to lose this. We hope you find access to the surgery is appropriate.

My prescription wasn’t sent to where it was supposed to go. My problem was still not resolved as I was misdiagnosed first of all and then given a different diagnosis and told to mask the pain with painkillers and if it gets worse take myself to A and E.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your diagnosis changed. We would not advise the use of painkillers unless it was felt they were required. We do however always ensure that we safeguard our patients, by advising that should pain persist or get worse, that A&E should be attended.

Water infection

Blood test

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

My appointment was done on time and in a very polite and professional manner.
My only criticism is I had to wait over two weeks from the time of booking. This seems a very long time for something that take less than five minutes to do. You should be able to complete a lot of blood test in one day.

Thank you for your feedback. Where possible blood tests are usually completed much sooner, we have recently recruited some Phlebotomists and patients should notice an improvement in this area of appointments.

Sat for 45 minutes waiting for blood test, only person un waiting room. Was not seen. After 45 minutes approached reception who never booked me in. Was told I'd be next in, someone else went in. Left after an hour with no blood test!
