Appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

After negotiating the initial frustrations of getting a phone consultation with a doctor I was surprised to quickly be offered a 'face to face' appointment with a doctor. Resulting from this appointment I was able to have an Xray and an ultra sound scan within two days at QA hospital. Unfortunately getting blood samples taken proved to be a much slower process with me eventually making an appointment with QA hospital to speed up the process rather than wait for the surgery to be able to do it.

Respiratory nurse

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The receptionist was very helpful as I have a very old phone and cannot accept emails. I saw the respiratory nurse and once again very thorough and I was more than satisfied with the outcome.

Pleasant and extremely helpful

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The new telephone system is so much better. Telephoned at 08:00 and call was answered and completed with 45 secs. Call was returned at 08:23 and then a practitioner called at 08:25. Appointment at CPH for 09:30. The GP was polite, extremely thorough and discussed his opinion based on clinical examination and tests. I commented to him that I found him pleasant and extremely helpful.
I was also able to have my shingles vaccination by another GP following this appointment.
