I've had great experience with polite and courteous staff. Mostly dealt with prescription hub, which have been helpful with getting my medicines.

My B12 appointment took only 1 minute. Very little conversation from the HCA. Queried why I wanted the injection in my right arm. I explained that this was usual for me. I needed to politely remind her that patient choice was important.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sure the HCA was just checking that was the correct arm, rather than questioning you. Our staff will always inject in the chosen arm, unless there is a clinical reason preventing that choice.

I was called in

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

This is the first time I've seen a doctor in years. I really don't know why I was called in but the doctor was reasonably thorough.
She sent me for a gastroscopy which I had today, again the found nothing wrong.
I still have pain in my back and a fizzing feeling in my back. I had blood tests done and apart from being anaemic I haven't heard anything else. I assume my cholesterol is fine. I felt she just pounced on one thing and ignored the rest. She was however very pleasant.

It should have been explained to you why a referral was being arranged, we are sorry if this was not made clear to you. It may feel that the doctor had a singular focus, however I would like to assure you that they generally they will want to investigate worse case scenario first and then work back dependent on results. We will share your comments with our team.

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

The reception was good when I booked appointment and it was the same day but I must say Crookhorn is very good, always helpful and it's so clean over there and when I saw the doctor it was a lady, forgot her name but she was great. I know there very busy but she gave you so much of her time, very good experience.

Amazing

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

We are going on holiday next week and as I get short of breath I was hoping to see a doctor, I did see one, Dr Fowler, who was so pleasant and helpful. I had a thorough check, she could still hear my shortness of breath, I haven't got an inhaler yet but have had a chest x Ray 2 days later, another big thank you to CPH, you are all amazing.
