I rang Cosham surgery yesterday at 5-15 I spoke to a lady called Kate, she listened to me and went over and above in helping me, it is not very often we come across anyone today who solves a problem you have so quickly and then say “it’s my job” well done Kate for restoring my faith you are an amazing lady.

Weight managment

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I have found these appointments to be extremely useful. Time and dedication the staff give is fantastic. Lots of helpful advice and support. However the booking system for the group practice as a whole is very lacking and it is almost impossible to get an appointment or econsult. Elderly patents find it extremely hard to get an appointment and not able to cope with online systems.

We have processes in place for those who may struggle to use online or telephone, as well as a fantastic care coordination team for those who are identified as being particularly vulnerable.

I could not fault this practice for care and friendliness, always feel I have been treated well and I am lucky to be a patient in this practice, from the receptionist on to doctors and nurses, health carers, you are treated wonderfully.

Excellent nurse

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The check in process was very easy and, there was plenty of space in the waiting area for social distancing. The nurse was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. She gave me time to explain my needs and also checked if there was anything else I was concerned about, she was excellent!
