I am always seen on time and its positive feedback I get from the session, it always gives me lot of encouragement. Its much easier to do when you are reporting to some one now and again.

Very happy with the appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was very happy with the appointment that I had with the doctor.
At first I used the e consults at first on the Wednesday, and the next day I received a text to say that I will be contacted within the next three working days, on the Friday I received a phone call from the surgery, a doctor said they would like to see me in the surgery to discuss my problem, all I want was to some one to look at the problem.

I'm really lucky to have a good gp practice for emergency appointments and always get a fantastic service for vit b jabs and covid and flu but really it's hard but when seen or speak to doctors I cant fault the service I get.

Recent appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was relieved I did not appear to have a chest infection but as nurse did not look down my throat I felt this s hold have been checked as well. As still coughing it would have been useful to know if I was infectious. The gravity of needing to see my daughter who is in critical care was not fully reassuring!

Without being present it is hard to comment further, however we can assure you that clinical examinations are carried out based on patient presenting symptoms, and so if it were considered necessary, an examination would have happened.
