Absolutely awful. Impossible to make a doctors appointment. Kept hanging on the phone for 40 minutes. Rude staff.

Once you are in the queue it does not usually take very long to get through to a member of staff, who should ask the relevant questions to signpost you appropriately. With regards to our staff being rude, we of course are sorry that you feel this way and will share this feedback with our team.

Blood tests that GP had arranged. Very efficient and friendly from Dr to all surgery staff at Crookhorn too.

Dealt with quickly

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

My prescription issue was dealt with quickly. The receptionist was lovely and explained what had happened and why (Hospital had told me I didn’t need to request). My prescription was signed off and my medication was ready to collect from the pharmacy within 90 minutes. Good service with clear communication as always. Well done once again team. Thank you.

Shambles awful

Nothing works here trying to make a complaint web/app does not work. E mail address does not work. Staff wont give out practice managers details. Staff unhelpful and go out of their way to be obstructive, complete shambles.

Postnatal appointment

I've recently had my postnatal appointment and the midwife was lovely. She listened to my concerns and addressed them, she was also very caring towards my little boy.

Bloods and B12

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Totally disgusted, the nurse that I saw for my injection, was not very organised, called me into the room and then took 10 minutes looking for paperwork. She took my bloods and then a day later I have been recalled to have bloods done again, reason being 'specimen lost/unusable'. It costs me £10 or more to get a taxi and back to the doctors as I can't walk from the bus stop or tolerate getting on a bus, therefore I have to pay another £10 or more because of her incompetence, totally disgusted.
