The duty nurse called me in and the blood test was carried out professionally and with due care to welfare.

With the increase in the number of contacts/appointments that we are offering for all our patients and the, overall range of clinical support that we offer, we are quite disappointed by your comments. After a slightly frustrating wait to get an answer, I was added to the morning list, was called back quickly by a doctor who gave me an appointment, saw a Nurse Practitioner- who was supportive, kind and, after speaking with a doctor, organised medication which helped reduce symptoms. Thank you.

Super service

I had got in a muddle with my diary arriving at the wrong time. The lovely receptionist managed to get me in for a fasting blood test at Cosham so I didn’t have to fast for another evening. All done with a smile, super service!
