As,usual excellent treatment and kindness from all the staff at Crookhorn Surgery. I saw the Dr about fainting, she was marvellous and really made me feel better. The receptionist ladies are always kind and caring. It is such a difficukt job to do working in healthcare but we do appreciate your hard work and kindness

This week my husband and I both had need of various medical care. Everyone we saw was kind and helpful. Nothing was rushed and we had plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I was given blood tests and a physio appointment within the week after speaking to a doctor.
The new system seems to be working very well.

Booster Tetanus vaccination

No problem with having the vaccination. Seen in time. Just annoyed that I have to get transport to Cosham when I have a surgery 5 minutes from my door!!! Makes life difficult just for a quick vaccination

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had to travel to get your vaccinations, however, we offer appointments on the basis of earliest available, you can specifically request a preferred site, however this may cause a delay in you being seen.

Thank you for your feedback. Having one medication held back does not generally mean that all will be. Generally if medication is held, either it has been ordered too early or a review is required prior to issue.
