Crookhorn Lane Surgery

Useful information on pre-diabetes. Can't see why pre-diabetes and diabetes not dealt with by same person as had questions about diet etc for my husband who is already diabetic. However also had BP checked 3 times, Dr was contacted and my tablets were increased. Hoping we might be getting somewhere with that problem.

The experience and the very nice lady I encountered at Kingston Surgery were five stars but the fact that I had to go to Kingston Surgery, when I live in Cosham, just because I requested an appointment outside of my working hours of 8-4, was and is appalling. I too work for the NHS and my work is also important.

We are pleased to be able to offer appointments at all of our sites to all of our patients, this we feel assists with on-going care and is paramount to patient safety, however you can decline an appointment and wait until one is available at your preferred site if you choose.

I am always seen on time and it is all very well conducted. Sholoma makes it interesting and has taught me its more about portions which seems to make it easier as you can still have some of your favourite things occasionally.

I can't fault the practice

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I can't fault the practice, from the first time I called with a worrying symptom until receipt of a consultant's report of scan findings. I think that in total it was probably just 3-4 weeks from that first phone call then a video consultation, followed by a physical examination and CT scan at QA, then the result. It was a worrying wait but I'm grateful to the practice staff, QA and the consultant for their swift reactions (and I'm relieved at the result of the scan etc).
