My experience

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

The nurse didn't have a clue, she couldn't find a vein when it came to taking blood and my left arm where wiggled the needle around still feels like she has done something wrong. She couldn't answer any questions I had about my diabetes and has put me off coming back to see anyone.

Lovely Receptionist at Cosham Park House Surgery

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Popped in at the end of the day on Thursday 15 September to be greeted by lovely smiley Belinda (Bels) on reception even though she was supposed to have left at 4.30pm. She was very friendly and more helpful that she probably needed to be as are most of the other receptionists that I have experienced. This is especially significant for me as I suffer with anxiety but no longer feel anxious when I visit Cosham Park House Surgery Reception. Pleas let Bels her know about this feedback and thank you to all the reception staff who make more of a difference than I think they realise.

Pathology specimen

Have to give a urine specimen from the first wee of the day. The sheet has no information of where and when i can take this in. I start early so cant take it to the doctors.

Thank you for your feedback. A urine sample should be returned to any of our GP Surgeries within 24 hours, it will need to be stored in a fridge at around 4C to prevent any bacteria multiplying.
