Well treated by a thorough and caring team

Getting to book the 'right type of appointment' online is the tricky part (and when you've got something booked the confirmation information didn't feel overly clear to me as to what was happening), BUT the Dr that called me for the initial consultation, and then the Dr that saw me in person, were both EXCELLENT, very understanding and took the time to listen as I tried to describe the various issues I was struggling with. Thank you (and to the rest of the practice team too)!

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

My recent visit to the Kingston Surgery was excellent. Always a friendly efficient and quality experience.
Sadly I had to travel a round trip of about 7 miles to get treatment.
Prior to that I recently needed a blood test and made the appointment. I was surprised when told I had to go to your Somerstown surgery which is about 6 miles from my home, a 12 miles round trip. I believe you have five surgeries and this is the furthest from my house. No doubt you have staff illnesses, holidays and shortages, and we all know that the NHS needs a doctor. I usually give a glowing report after every visit but my need to do this amount of travelling was disappointing.

Fasting blood test

The nurse who conducted the test was efficient, pleasant and very professional, only one small thing my weight was recorded as per your scales as 74kilos in fact I weigh just over 12stone more likely 77/78kilos, can only have been scales slightly out but all in all it was a good experience.
