Kind and caring

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

The nurse that did my blood test was very kind and caring. I have been trying to make a routine appointment for months, every time I ring to make appointment doctors are fully booked, I also have tried e consultant, when I go online at 7.30 am doctors are fully book again, just wish it was a bit easier to get a routine appointment.

I recently had a telephone appointment with Dr Somusundram, she was brilliant. I didn't feel rushed, felt like my concerns were listened to and an agreed course of action planned. It makes such a difference when you feel heard. Thank you.

It was a telephone appointment, but the doctor was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say. He gave me the appropriate treatment which has certainly helped relieve the symptoms.
