Treated me with respect

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I was called in by the nurse at the exact time I was given. Nurse explained why the blood was being taken and what was to be tested. She certainly put me at ease and treated me with respect and friendliness.

Recent appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

While the appointment went well having to travel to Cosham rather than be able to go to my own surgery was not a good experience.
Coming home I had to wait 40 minutes for a bus.
In total this appointment took best part of 2 hours as I need to sit for at least 30 minutes on arrival so my blood pressure settles.

Dressing for a ulcerated varicous vein

As always I have no complaints about the care, treatment and service I receive when I attend the dressing clinic.
My only problem is to discover that my scripts get's edited so what is the point of giving a glowing report when it is edited to suit the space available.
