I received a text about booking a tetanus injection. However, when I asked at my doctor's reception they said there were no doctors so I would have to go elsewhere.

Thank you for your comments. We will send text messages to advice relevant patients to book for their required vaccinations, however, if you want these at a specific site, you may need to wait until the required clinician is available.

My appointment went well, near enough on time..was just a vaccination. However, to actually make an appointment to see a Dr is an absolute nightmare!!! On hold waiting for ages, to then be told all the appointments are gone and to call back after 2….same thing….or just get cut off completely & have to start again!!

Thank you for your comments. We can only hold a maximum of 30 calls at a time, if you call and capacity has been reached you will not be connected. If you do manage to join the queue please hold, our wait times currently do not exceed 10 minutes and we can then either appoint or signpost.

I was happy with my appointment, I was impressed by the fact the doctor wanted a blood test done there & then which I had, even more impressed that I received the result by text at 8.30 am the next morning, everything was alright.
But not told what I should do about the pain in my leg if the blood test were alright as it hinders my walking!

Blood test

My appointment was at 9.30, I arrived 9.15 and was seen at 9.40. All good.
Latter that week I received a txt with a link for a Flu/covid jab, I immediately went on said link which said no spaces available. I will try later in the year.

I came into Kingston Surgery and was told to ring between 10 am to 3 pm and press option 4. Phoned at about 11.30 am. A recording said to call at 2 pm. I waited about 40 minutes to get through and was told they couldn't help me. I needed to call again and press option 1. Did that and a doctor called me back. He said I should come in. I came in expecting to see a doctor but saw someone else. Medication was prescribed but I haven't got it yet. So I'm still in pain.
