1 minute appointment for jab

Not too bad. Not too good. The appointment for the jab was 25 minutes late. Was in there less than 1 minute. This should be improved.

Vaccination appointment

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

On arrival received well by the receptionist and directed to the waiting area. Called into the treatment room a few minutes late by the doctor who explained all I needed to know and gave the vaccination.
All went well I was very pleased with the whole procedure.

Paulsgrove Surgery

My appointment was for a blood test, which the nurse performed efficiently. There was a requirement for add on information (blood pressure, weight, etc. ) all dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

Really good service. Seen in time. Nurse knew exactly what I was there for. Very efficient, very polite. Booked in for next monthly appointment there and then.

Very impressive

I got an appointment promptly the same day. I admit I was surprised, a call back even before I managed to upload a photo. The doctor was very good, friendly and thorough, explained what it was and gave me a prescription, all done within half an hour. Very impressive.
