Thank you for your feedback. Electronic contact is proving very popular with most patients and offers clinicians opportunity to review request & associated notes prior to contact, however do appreciate this is not always the preferred option for some patients.

The Doctor was absolutely excellent

The Doctor was absolutely excellent. Very friendly and made us feel like we were important and being listened to.
Although nobodys fault in particular, we had to wait a long time with a small baby which is difficult.

Thank you for your comments. The current system has allowed us to be able to deal with more patients on a day-to-day basis, reducing the numbers of DNA's, thus offering more appointments across the service.

Can never get an appointment

Had to wait over two weeks for an appointment to have my stitches removed from an operation. Wasn’t even offered a dressing change . Also have to go to another surgery .

Empty and relaxed appt

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Kirsty greeted me at almost exactly my appt time (2:30) maybe half a minute early.
She was fast, efficient and great company. I think she is one of those HCPs who make the patient feels special and valued.
Lovely lady, lovely visit.
She even phoned me up later, to save me waiting around for the report.
10/10.

Always seen on time for injection, always really lovely nurses, its a shame unless you have internet, you cant get a routine telephone appointment even when you have abnormal results otherwise it would be 100 percent all day long.

As you are aware we have a telephone consultation process which offers quicker response to patient queries, offering treatment and outcomes which do not require face to face contact. This is proving popular with many patients, as reduces time in traveling to the surgery, however, do appreciate it is not always the preferred option for some patients.
