My recent appointment

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Somerstown surgery - My appointment for bloods was running late, but the HCA did her job efficiently when I got in. The receptionist was very helpful in guiding me regarding the online appt booking procedures.
As for Portsdown Group as a whole - if you can find a different GP group then do.... physically getting to see a GP is impossible. Even when there is a clear indication that you need to see a Dr, they'll send you to the Urgent Treatment Centre rather than give you an appt! Avoid!

If you can get an appointment, it's on the phone, the last appointment I had was on the phone and they didn't even bother phoning which meant I sat for an hour either side side of the allotted time , what a waste.
I try the pharmacy and they say get a doctors appointment then, everyone laughs.
