The professional service I received from Dr Harriet Bellenie was excellent from discussing my issue to following up I felt that this Dr actually cared about me as a patient. First time in a long time that someone from this practice demonstrated a service in line with what you could or should expect from the NHS.

Surgery visit review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

1. Receptionist a bit abrupt and doing about 3 things at once. No pleasant greeting.
2. Waiting room clean and bright
3. Wait time over by ten minutes
4. GP welcoming but a waste of time really. I went there for a wellness check- had my heart rate, BP checked. She said I hadn’t been to the surgery in about 15 years which made me question if she had the correct notes. I asked her about other concerns and I’d have been better to look up on Google. Complete waste of time.
