You could do better

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I think the surgery uses the telephone too much and I would like to see a Doctor at least once a year. I have underlined problems with my health and I am 67 years old so I think it’s not to much trouble to see a GP once a year as I have not got a lot of year’s left.

Due to the volume of test results received, we have a no news is good news policy, however, we have been listening to our patients and we are implementing a change and for some of our test results, we will be providing the outcomes via text. Please note blood tests results will not be notified due to the nature and complexities involved.

Booking a routine appointment

Having completed an E consult where the Dr recommended that a routine appointment be booked to see a clinician. It took 5 days of trying on the phones twice a day and online in the evening before eventually getting an appointment.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

I thought the doctor didn’t listen just read the E consult prescribed and out door. I changed doctors as I had heard positive comments but when I was asked to fill in the E consult there was no section for tiredness and I was told to fill in under headache which was mild so very disappointed.
