PSA Blood Test

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I was scheduled for my annual blood test (requested by the pharmacy). It didn't include a PSA test. So decided to put in a request on ANIMA for the PSA test, requesting it to be added to the up-coming annual test. On the same day I had a text from Dr N Begum to say it had been added. Excerllent Service.

Blood test

Finally managed to get appointment for blood test, the phlebotomist herself was lovely, absolutely no complaints.
But trying to make any appointments are an absolute nightmare, can't book over the phone, and I don't have internet, to do it on the app.

Cosham Park House Surgery - Bad experience

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

A massive language barrier, I could not understand a word he was saying to me. In the end I just agreed to everything. He also put me on tablets without telling what the tablets would help with and why he was putting me on them. I also felt like i was rushed and that he didn't really care about me as a patient.

Immunisations Visit

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

On the whole my visit went without a hitch. The surgery was pretty busy, when I arrived and attempted to register my arrival I was unable to complete the task as it couldn’t find me. I don’t know if was because my usual surgery was Crookhorn Lane. Luckily the reception was quiet, so I registered that way. I might have missed my appointment if the surgery/reception had been busier.

Paulsgrove Surgery - Patient Communication

Thanks for arranging an appointment for me, however, it felt very unhelpful as the doctor told me he doesn’t know what my results mean and will tell the specialised team to take a look. However, he told me he will tell them I’m fine and don’t need referral. I don’t understand this as if you don’t know about my condition then you shouldn’t claim I am fine. I repeatedly told him my symptoms that bothered me but he did not listen.
