Great doctor.
Took time and was actually interested in what I had to say instead of rushing me out for his next patient.
Literally 11 out of ten.

Appointment with Prescribing Paramedic

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Whilst making appointments is still frustratingly difficult, on achieving this I cannot fault the professionalism and empathy of the clinician I saw.
He was welcoming, understanding and very thorough in his examination and explanation of proposed treatment. I was quickly provided a prescription, a follow up blood test and am awaiting an X-ray.
The only issue I have is that I need to be reviewed again after the test results and yet I am unable to make a follow up appointment.

Thank you for your feedback. It is well publicised that access to Primary care is an issue, however we ensure we maximise the appointments made available to patients, we have seen a small increase in those over the last few months. Please note that our reception and contact centre staff are employed to ask questions and appropriately signpost to other services where required, often patients perceive them as being rude, when they do not get the preferred outcome when they contact.

It was so nice to have an Appointment at the Practice I originally registered with - I really do feel so at ease and comfortable in that building but I do appreciate the needs must have to be a priority. Caz the Dietician is absolutely key to anyone needing help to lose weight and make lifestyle eating choices - she makes you feel important and special she is friendly helpful informative and offers great advice - makes sure you have leaflets so you are able to recap at home everything she discusses with you at the session - she keeps it plain and simple so you are not overwhelmed with info and become confused with the advice a few days later.

I was so impressed

I was so impressed with the doctor who first rung me. Then to get appointment so quick. When I got to Kingston Surgery and booked in I only waited a short time before I was called in. The man I saw checked my nose and told me exactly what was going on. He prescribed exactly what I needed and I was back home in just over an hour. Very very well done to all concerned.

Recent appointment

I was happy with my recent visit to see the GP. She discussed with me the health issues I brought to her attention and what action should be taken. I will now have referrals to the appropriate NHS Departments.
With regard to the additional questions I am unable to comment about the outcome of my treatment as that is still to come.
Also, whilst I was very happy with the GP at the appointment, I had tried previously on quite a few occasions to get even a telephone appointment without success.
