Lovely staff

I was seen on time I didn't have to wait, lovely staff, my only problem is always when you phone up you have a long wait trying to get thought and it's expensive.

Overall great experience. Dr Baragwanath is a wonderful doctor, very attentive. Made sure to cover all basis and came to a quick resolution to problem at hand. Very polite and helpful.

Can’t fault the Gp

Following an econsult was given a prompt appointment. Found the GP to be very thorough and considerate. Can’t fault the Gp. But would have preferred not to be met by a receptionist that when I approached the desk shouted across the one I was speaking to “does it not work then” she was referring to the automatic system for logging in, I wasn’t aware that it was there. When I said I don't use this surgery usually and I didn’t know it was there, she back down a bit, justifying herself saying oh they keep saying it’s not working and just come to the desk. I appreciate the job is stressful but her frustration shouldn’t be put onto the patients.
Other than the above all good.

Blood tests

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

My experience was excellent, the staff all very understanding. I'm very very terrified of needles, nervous, frightened, it did take me three times in the last few weeks each time my veins wasnt haven't it, staff was excellent, on the third week of trying I had success because of staffs calming approach, support I come back to the surgery to try give blood, all staff very friendly.
