I was suffering sudden back pain which seems to related to kidney issue as I am having allopurinol regularly. I went to reception, the lady did not allow me for any appointment and suggested to call 2 pm. I called surgery at 2 pm and after 20 min in waiting someone received call and said he can't help anything. Then called 111 and they helped me to get an appointment in the surgery. My appointment was at 4 pm and I went to surgery at 3:55 pm but got call at around 5 pm. Wasting time.

But the GP was good.

I always decline in this surgery to make an appointment over phone or face to face. I never ever able to book appointment online as there is no GP, all are health care assistant.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that it was not made clear to you that your appointment would be on the telephone and not face to face. We offer different appointments on-line, but often the Nurse/ Practitioner and GP appointments are booked up very quickly, this often leaves healthcare appointments available.

The Nurse & the appointment itself where perfect... but:
On the 1st June, the next day, I received a text message saying my results where ALL NORMAL with no action required.
On the 3rd June, I received a text message saying my tests for the Liver where ABNORMAL and an ultrasound would be needed. No communication since.
At the appointment, I had specifically asked if the results would be uploaded to the Online TPP 'Results' page and was told they would be, once processed. Ten days later the test results are NOT on the Online TPP page, (even though I have access to my results).

Was advised by Walk in Centre to by pass E-consult and seek urgent dermatological attention to problem firstly at GP Practice. On making contact with practice was sidelined to an evening attempt at arranging a consultation online. This proved totally unsuccessful and furthermore was an experience steeped in frustration at finding a system that bore no relation to any workable method of reporting an increasingly serious and worrying condition. Could find no "appointment" at all.

Thank you for your feedback. You require a routine appointment, therefore you need to either telephone at 10 am in the morning or register on-line for appointments available from 7 pm. If this is unsuccessful you will need to complete an eConsult which are available weekdays from 7.30 am- please ensure you complete the correct form.

The services other than seeing a GP have changed a lot recently and it's more organized. Having an appointment is far far better than sitting in the QA waiting room, it was dismal and slightly uncomfortable. The nurse I saw was kindly and pleasant and conversed with me, I like that, a lot.

Well impressed with the professionalism shown all the time. My usual Nurse is presently on a well deserved holiday so I am being treated by another Nurse whose attitude is professional, her approach is towards my treatment is equal to any other Nurse. I have friends belonging to another practice, so I like to praise our Nurses when they are listening in. It's so nice to know that they are envious and are of the opinion our treatment is second to none, while theirs appears to be second best!

If you work it’s very hard to make appointments. Everything is on the internet! E consult can not been done at any point in the day. I have tried for 6 weeks now to just be told no appointments left ! It’s Spaulding!

I and my daughter had an appointment, but I registered late on the till because my daughter is not familiar with the registration process, so I took my daughter's slot instead. I just hope that the surgery will be kind enough to accommodate us both since we were already there.
