Issues with my health

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I visited the Crookhorn Surgery because I had pins and needles in my right arm and a pain in my left side. I was greeted by the receptionist who referred me for a consultation by phone with the doctor. Within the hour the Doctor contacted me to discuss my problems. I was asked to return to the surgery 40 minutes later and met the Doctor face to face who carried out an assessment on me. I have a blood test on the 15th of this month. I would like to say thank you very much to the receptionist and the Doctor who were kind, friendly and very professional.

E consult

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I requested some medication via e-consult but you are not given a day or time window as to when the GP will call. Both times I was unable to answer my phone. I received a voicemail and a text message advising that the GP will phone again at a certain time but I was unable to reply to the message, nor did the GP leave a name so I was unable to advise that it was not convenient.

There was a follow up call e-consult which I was not aware was going to happen as it came out of the blue, no notification that it was going to happen and I was up a mountain at the time!!

Thank you for your comments, when you complete an eConsult, you will receive a text confirming receipt and advising a timescale via the admin team. In most cases you will then receive a response in the form of a text or email, but sometimes a phone call is required, that is why you are not given a day or time.
