Service has serious access issues. Almost impossible to get through by phone to make appointments. You just don't have capacity to manage the number of patients you have.

Thank you for your comments. We have a system with staggered access, to allow us to maximise our available resources. We are currently providing just above the average number of appointments in comparison to the rest of the City and will always offer more when possible.
