It’s good be able to send pictures so Dr can see what’s going on, my leg is weeping really bad and I think I’ve got an infection in it.

Somerstown Surgery

All the staff were very good. The doctor at Cosham was excellent the only problem was getting the appointment. The app was very hard to understand.

Thank you for your feedback. We do endeavour to tailor appointment times in relation to the medical issue being dealt with. This is very common in our nursing clinics. However, if you had an acute 'on the day' appointment, then the chance of a delay is greater as we are dealing with acutely unwell patients and, on occasion, they may need referral to hospital, or urgent admission. This does take time. Unfortunately, without knowing more detail about the nature of your appointment (which we appreciate is not appropriate on this platform) we cannot comment much further, but you are welcome to supply more information via [email protected] should you wish for this to be investigated.
