Cosham Park House Surgery - Bad experience

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

A massive language barrier, I could not understand a word he was saying to me. In the end I just agreed to everything. He also put me on tablets without telling what the tablets would help with and why he was putting me on them. I also felt like i was rushed and that he didn't really care about me as a patient.

Immunisations Visit

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

On the whole my visit went without a hitch. The surgery was pretty busy, when I arrived and attempted to register my arrival I was unable to complete the task as it couldn’t find me. I don’t know if was because my usual surgery was Crookhorn Lane. Luckily the reception was quiet, so I registered that way. I might have missed my appointment if the surgery/reception had been busier.

Paulsgrove Surgery - Patient Communication

Thanks for arranging an appointment for me, however, it felt very unhelpful as the doctor told me he doesn’t know what my results mean and will tell the specialised team to take a look. However, he told me he will tell them I’m fine and don’t need referral. I don’t understand this as if you don’t know about my condition then you shouldn’t claim I am fine. I repeatedly told him my symptoms that bothered me but he did not listen.

Small doctors with a very personal service, felt well looked after by receptionist, waiting room hardly anyone waiting before me so felt safe from others germs and nurse was lovely, friendly and informative. Definitely recommend.

Econsult done two photos and a few symptoms added. No appt, no phone call, just a text the next with one very wrong diagnosis. I have been completely let down with no idea where to go next.

Needed blood test for check up of heart failure meds, went into surgery and they fitted me in that day, I only had to wait 5 minutes, excellent service.
