Swift and efficient service

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Having recently switched surgeries and joined Kingston Crescent Surgery I can honestly say I'm impressed with the swift and efficient service I have received. Staff I spoke to initially were polite and helpful. The doctor I spoke to on the phone was cheery and efficient. I felt I was being listened to which for me is very important. So far I am very happy with the service I have received.

Fairly good overall

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I couldn’t log my appointment on at the screen but that might have been because I wasn’t sure what category I was meant to pick. Though shortly after that I went to another screen which registered me & then I was called in.
Not really sure why I have had the blood test but better to be safe than sorry. Nurse was nice enough, Although I relaxed I’m still left with a bruise where the needle went in, perhaps that’s being over 60.
Otherwise fairly good overall.

Paulsgrove Surgery

Doctor who saw me was wearing blue scrubs and a mask, as English was not his first language he was difficult to understand. His computer was not on and he asked me why I was there! I'd spent 20 mins filling out E-consult and had been called by the surgery to attend due to what I wrote, so deemed urgent. I don't feel I really got anywhere, so now I'll have to struggle to make another appointment. But I won't want to see this doctor. I didn't even catch his name, he could have been anyone.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

I really don't like going to the doctor's surgery anymore. I'm always made to feel like I'm not all that important. There's other stuff they could be doing rather than making sure the patient is ok. Always rushed and most of the staff are rude.

Arrived for my appointment early as I find it very difficult to get a disabled parking space, finally, I got the disabled parking space and arrived for my appointment on time and was seen within about 5 minutes, everything was fine and I left happy.

I came for a tetanus injection but had arrived at the wrong place. However, the receptionist saw a doctor who agreed to do my injection at Kingston Road as I was there. Excellent service. Many thanks to the receptionist and doctor.
