I would like to assure you that we constantly monitor our systems and staffing to ensure that we offer as many appointments as possible, but we do have limited resources at our disposal.

An early morning phone call to the local surgery resulted in a visit to the GP, full examination and undertaking of various tests to be submitted for further checking; this was to be followed up by an arranged phone call from Q A hospital within 4 working days. Delighted with the help I was given and at short notice.

Very pleasant manner

I was contacted with regards to my diabetic check up, l did not have to wait long all the routine tests were taken in a very pleasant manner and I left the surgery with a promise to let me know the results of my blood test when available.

Painless experience

Very well organised, professional and painless experience. Notification by text, booked online as should be in the 21st century.
Reception staff were very helpful and whilst waiting saw how patient tolerant and helpful they were. Great team for front of house.
Arrived, waited a relatively short time and was then seen, 5 minutes later I was on my way.

I got there in time and waited about 15 minutes to be seen. This was my second time going to Cosham to be seen. My first time was cancelled, I was not told until the receptionist told me on the day after travelling by bus. It cost me £4.50 to return. I was not very happy, if I had been given an appointment at my surgery then there would have been no travelling involved.
